PhD in Computer Science, and currently works as Head of Knowledge at CESAR
César França has being responsible for engaging organizational efforts in the most promising investments, partnerships and research areas. At Cesar School, he is also faculty member in the Professional Master's and PhD programs in Software Engineering, and teaches in some of the executive training programs. With extensive experience in Empirical and Experimental Software Engineering, he leads a Research Group on Social and Human Aspects in Software Engineeging (GENTE). He is also Professor of Software Engineering in the Department of Computing at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE) since 2015.
